A Younique Confidence Boost
Anxiety, You Know What I Mean!
I wasn't always like that. But, after I had my children, and as a stay at home mom at the time, it was always about my children. I somehow lost touch with what was outside of my diaper, teething, spit up and get pissed on world. So, because I didn't feel good about myself because of weight gain, wearing out dated clothing and just simply lost site of myself, I dreaded going out.
I wanted to tell you this because I know there’s a lot of you out there that can relate in some way. I think some people are just better at pushing themselves out of the comfort zone than others.
I know I have a beautiful family, a loyal and loving partner and beautiful children that have now grown up as wonderful and thoughtful young adults. They are my whole world and make me happier then I’ve ever been, but why now when I’m the happiest I’ve been is there still a constant feeling of deep anxiety inside me like a chip in my brain that i cannot remove!
So, there was a lot of hype on Facebook about this 3D Fibre Mascara. I decided to have an online Younique party to see what it was all about. I tried the mascara, It was amazing. I felt a little better about my outer appearance which was more than anything else had ever done. I took a leap of faith and signed up to be a rep. It was the best decision I’ve ever made!
So I joined Younique as a representative, have you heard of it? Maybe if I said 3D Fiber Mascara that may ring a bell. I’m sure you have, or you wouldn't have just suffered through days of my videos. I joined Younique because of the family values it holds and the sisterhood that embraced it.

In my first week, I’ve made a little over $100. Now some women make more, some less, I, on the other hand need to see, read, and try the products, let things simmer in my brain a little, you know. Gradually embracing this new way of business and reward system wasn't easy, it's definitely thinking outside the box.
It’s not wearing the makeup that has helped with my social hang ups — although it helps, I’d become quite accustom to being a no makeup mummy, having babies does that to you! In fact I feel if you only wear makeup occasionally you feel so much more beautiful when you do wear it!
What has boosted my confidence is seeing my progress and success and seeing the girls who I sell to loving their makeup and recommending me to other people. All the other rep’s are so lovely and helpful it’s restored my faith in the kindness of others, which I had lost somewhere along the way.
I’ve socialized more in the past few weeks than the past 10 years, and actually enjoyed it. I would recommend joining to anyone struggling with the same issues I face.
I’m not saying it’s a quick fix and I’m not saying it’s made my problems magically fade away.There is no magic wand (except maybe a 3D mascara ;) ), but Younique has become my crutch to help me through the bad days.

It’s been the “taking a leap of faith” and watching it not only work out but become successful, seeing people talking about you in such a positive way and seeing you’ve made a small positive impact in their life has given me a huge confidence boost!
Pushing yourself a little further everyday is the key to overcoming anxiety I’ve discovered it’s like a light has switched on inside me and i feel great!
